In His Church wasn’t created because the world needed another web design company. It was created because we kept seeing the same thing — faithful people carrying more than they should have to carry alone.
Why we were led here
The work that kept pulling on our hearts.
Pastors, ministry leaders, and nonprofit founders are leading people, organizing outreach, caring for families, raising support, answering messages at midnight, and trying to keep a website current — usually with limited help, limited time, and limited resources.
Through Biancorp IT, we’ve spent years building websites, managing hosting, and solving technical problems for hundreds of clients since the early 2000s. This extensive experience includes supporting residential clients with computer repairs and much more, always with the 'kid gloves' approach needed for sensitive situations.
They don’t need flashy. They need dependable. A professional presence, tools that save time, and someone they can trust to help them move forward without making technology feel overwhelming. Somewhere along the way it became clear: the same technology we use to help businesses grow could be used for something far greater.
More than a free website
The real goal is to give the ministry its time back.
A free website is a blessing — but it’s only the beginning. When a church site is built properly, people find service times, events, sermons, giving, and next steps without messaging someone every time. When the nonprofit tools are set up properly, leaders stop chasing paperwork, calendars, and announcements.
When the right foundation is in place, the ministry moves with more clarity, more consistency, and less stress. We’re not just trying to hand churches a better website. We’re trying to remove the digital friction so leaders can stay focused on people.
Why we give this away
Some work should simply be sown.
Not every church has the budget for a modern website. Not every nonprofit can hire a technology team. But many of them are faithfully feeding families, helping children, supporting recovery, teaching truth, and meeting needs that matter deeply. If we can use what God placed in our hands to strengthen that work, we believe we should.
That doesn’t mean every organization will be the right fit. In His Church is intentionally personal and by invitation — we serve churches and select 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations where there’s trust, alignment, and a shared heart for the mission. When that alignment is there, the goal is simple: to help carry the technology burden so ministries can carry the mission.

In His Church is a studio of Biancorp IT LLC, built from years of real-world experience serving businesses, churches, nonprofits, and local organizations. We understand websites, hosting, domains, email, security, forms, online giving, content, SEO, automation, and the small technical details most people would rather not think about.
But more importantly, we understand that a tool used well can open doors, save time, reduce stress, and help more people find the help, hope, and community they’re looking for. Churches and nonprofits shouldn’t be held back by outdated websites, confusing systems, or the cost of professional help. They should be equipped. They should be supported. And they should be free to focus on the calling God placed in front of them.
This is our small part
We can’t preach every sermon. We can’t run every outreach, lead every recovery program, or staff every food pantry and youth group.
But we can build. We can support. We can organize. We can use technology to make the work lighter for those who are already serving.

Our Story
Meet Patrick Bianconi, Founder of In His Church

A Journey Rooted in Technology
Patrick Bianconi is the founder of Biancorp IT LLC, a Florida-based technology studio serving small businesses, churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
His technology journey began in 1999, working with local internet service providers during the dial-up era, where he repaired, refurbished, imaged, and prepared computer systems for residential and business clients. He later worked with EarthLink before its transition into Sprint, quickly advancing from Level 1 technical support to advanced Level 3 support.
Expanding Expertise
Over the years, Patrick’s work expanded into small-business network operations, workstation deployments, structured wiring, online ordering infrastructure, security cameras, IP phone systems, dental technology, server administration, HIPAA-focused systems, web hosting, email systems, WordPress development, and full-service technology support.
After relocating to Florida, Patrick officially formed Biancorp IT LLC in 2016. Today, the company has evolved from traditional IT and WordPress services into modern cloud-based software development using Next.js, React, App Router, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, global cloud deployment, AI-assisted development, and full-stack application architecture.
Innovation in Action: Pup Pad
One of our latest public software projects, Pup Pad is a complete animal-care platform built for the pet-care industry and working livestock farms — covering daycare, boarding, grooming, mobile services, and farm and livestock operations. It handles vaccines, appointments, invoices, intake forms, client portals, and the daily workflows that keep these businesses running.
Inspired by his wife Katie’s 22 years in dog daycare and boarding, Pup Pad is live today in two forms:
- Pup Pad — the platform powering Katie’s own dog daycare and boarding business.
- Get Pup Pad — the multi-tenant version other dog boarders, groomers, and farms can run their own businesses on.
The Heart of In His Church
Through In His Church, a Biancorp IT studio, Patrick also develops high-end church websites and software systems for qualified churches and select nonprofits, often at no cost. His goal is to help pastors, founders, and mission-driven teams reduce technology burdens, reclaim their time, and serve people more effectively.
